If you experience problems while booking, please read the following tips that may help you solve them:
Enable JavaScripts:
- Click Tools » Preferences
- Click the Advanced » Content tab (screenshot)
- Check the box Enable JavaScript (screenshot)
- Press OK
Enable Cookies:
- Click Tools » Preferences
- Select the Advanced » Cookies tab
- At the row Normal cookies tick the checkbox Accept all cookies (screenshot)
- Press OK
Activate the use of SSL protocols for encrypted communication:
- Click Tools » Preferences
- Select the Advance » Security tab
- Click the Security protocols button (screenshot)
- Tick the checkboxes: Use SSL 2, Use SSL 3, Use TLS 1 (screenshot)
- Tick all checkboxes: cipher version (screenshot)
- Press OK
Proxy server:
Proxy server may also influence functionality of our booking application (caching, security settings, etc.). If you want to find out, whether your internet browser connects to the internet directly or through proxy server, please follow these steps:
- Click Tools » Preferences
- Select the Advanced » Network tab (screenshot)
- Click the Proxy servers button (screenshot)
- Connection without any proxy server is illustrated on this picture
Note: Before you begin to modify settings of your internet browser, consult your action with your Internet Service Provider. If you are connected through a proxy server and you experience any booking problems, please contact your Internet Service Provider and describe your problems.
