Custom security settings of your internet browser often lead to booking problems (screenshot). To solve these problems please go to Tools » Options » Security and click the "Default level" button at the bottom of the window. If you wish to make some small changes in your security settings click the "Custom level" button and make your own settings in those options that may really harm your computer, such as ActiveX controls and plugins, non-encrypted data submissions, sub-frame navigation across different domains, displaying of mixed content, etc.
If your problems persist, please read the following tips that may help you solve them:
Enable JavaScripts:
- Click Tools » Internet Options
- Select the Security tab (screenshot)
- Click the Custom Level button
- Scroll down to Scripting section
- Tick the Active scripting - enable option (screenshot)
- Press OK
Enable Cookies:
- Click Tools » Internet Options
- Select the Privacy tab (screenshot)
- Press the Advanced button
- If the Override automatic cookie handling option is selected, please click Accept (screenshot)
- Press OK
Activate the use of SSL protocols for encrypted communication:
- Click Tools » Internet Options
- Select the Advanced tab (screenshot)
- Scroll down to Security section and tick the checkboxes next to SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0 items (screenshot)
- Press OK
Proxy server:
Proxy server may also influence functionality of our booking application (caching, security settings, etc.). If you want to find out, whether your internet browser connects to the Internet directly or through proxy server, please follow these steps:
- Click Tools » Internet Options
- Select the Connections tab (screenshot)
- Click on the LAN Settings button (screenshot)
- Connection without any proxy server is illustrated on this picture
Note: Before you begin to modify settings of your internet browser, consult your action with your Internet Service Provider.
If you are connected through a proxy server and you experience any booking problems, please contact your Internet Service Provider and describe your problems.
