SkyEurope transported a total of 202,839 passengers in April 2009 with a load factor of 76.4%, a 5.7 percentage point improvement in load factor from April 2008. Load factor represents the proportion of passengers to the number of seats available.

Andras Zboray was appointed the new Chief Commercial Officer of SkyEurope Airlines on 1st April 2009. Andras is leading SkyEurope's commercial department and is responsible for revenue, marketing, sales, commercial systems and product.

SkyEurope transported a total of 187,655 passengers in March, 2009 with a load factor of 76.3%, a 2.7 pp improvement from March 2008.

According to our expectations, thousands of people in love of all ages came to the airports in Bratislava, Vienna, Kosice and Prague to prove their love with a kiss to receive free roundtrip flights filling all remaining seats in SkyEurope aircraft on St. Valentine's, February 14th, 2009 during the airline's Kiss & Fly event. In total 526 lucky couples enjoyed their free flights with SkyEurope on Saturday within the age range of 16 and 87 years.

Thousands of couples are expected to come at the airports at SkyEurope's bases in Bratislava, Vienna, Prague and Kosice on Saturday 14th February 2009 to get a return flight to any of SkyEurope's destinations operated that day completely for free. In this unique project called KISS & FLY, SkyEurope decided to give all the empty seats left in their aircraft on St. Valentine's Day together with a return flight completely for free to couples that show up at the airport and kiss.

SkyEurope transported a total of 173,692 passengers in January 2009 with a load factor of 62.5% a 4.1pp improvement from January 2008. In the 12 months ended January 2008, the Company carried 3,576,747 passengers
with a load factor of 74.0%.

SkyEurope transported a total of 233,027 passengers in December 2008 with a load factor of 72.7%. In the 12 months ended December 2008, the Company carried 3,630,106 passengers with a load factor of 73.4%.

SkyEurope transported a total of 219,590 passengers in November 2008 with a load factor of 68.4%. In the 12 months ended November 2008, the Company carried 3,665,946 passengers with a load factor of 73.0%.

SkyEurope transported a total of 274,039 passengers in October 2008 with a load factor of 68.0%. In the 12 months ended October 2008, the Company carried 3,730,773 passengers with a load factor of 73.0%.
